Who publishes this site and how the figures are taken
Regulator Notes PH is an independent editorial desk. It publishes one measurement: the cost of moving money and trading with a broker, taken from named public sources and republished with the hour it was read. This page explains who is responsible, how a correction reaches the desk, and how the site is funded.
The publisher and what it is not
Regulator Notes PH is an independent editorial desk. It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a licensed adviser, and it holds no client money. The desk does not open accounts, does not accept deposits, and does not execute trades. Its only role is to read public sources, record what they say at a specific hour, and publish that record with the source named and linked under every table.
Because the desk is not a broker or adviser, it cannot tell a reader what to do with money. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation or an offer. The figures describe what things cost at the moment they were read, not what a reader should do next.
What the desk measures and how
The subject is one measurement, taken from named public sources and republished with the date and the hour it was read. Licence rows come from the central bank's list; advisory rows come from the SEC. Each carries its source's own date. The sources are named under every table, with a link, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher.
This means the desk does not estimate, adjust, or interpret the figures. It records what the source said at the hour of reading. If the source changes the figure later, the desk does not silently update the page; it publishes a new reading with a new date and hour. That is the whole method.
The desk's responsibility and corrections
Responsibility sits with the publication's editorial desk: Regulator Notes PH editorial desk. The desk reads the sources, records the figures, and answers corrections. Writing to the address on the contact page reaches the desk. Corrections are the reason the address exists: a figure that is wrong is corrected and the correction is dated.
The desk cannot answer questions about a reader's own account, a broker's internal decisions, or what a reader should do. Those are not measurements; they are advice, and this desk does not give advice. What it can do is check a published figure against the source named under the table, and if the desk recorded it wrongly, correct it and date the correction.
How the site is funded
The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link, and is paid a commission if a reader opens an account there. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. This is the only funding arrangement. The site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics and stores nothing in the reader's browser.
The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs; the site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them. The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and following the link leaves this site.
