The terms on which these pages are read

This page states the limits of the figures, the funding of the site, and the reader's sole responsibility for decisions.

The desk and its one measurement

Regulator Notes PH is an independent editorial desk. It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a licensed adviser, and it holds no client money. Its subject is one measurement, taken from named public sources and republished with the date and the hour it was read. Licence rows come from the central bank's list; advisory rows come from the SEC. Each carries its source's own date, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher.

The sources are named under every table, with a link, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher. Responsibility sits with the publication's editorial desk: Regulator Notes PH editorial desk. No single person is named, because the desk is the accountable unit. It reads the sources on a fixed schedule, records the hour of each reading, and answers corrections sent to the address on the contact page. A figure that is wrong is corrected and the correction is dated.

Information, not advice

Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation or an offer. The figures describe what things cost, not what a reader should do. They are measurements of published sources and carry the limits of those sources. A row in a table is a snapshot taken at a stated hour, not a promise that the same row will look the same tomorrow. The desk does not rate brokers, does not score apps, and does not publish store statistics or review-site fee claims.

The reader decides alone and is responsible for their own decision. The desk cannot see a reader's own bank, wallet or trading account, and cannot know a reader's circumstances, goals or tolerance for loss. When a source changes, the desk updates the row and dates the update. When a source is silent, the desk leaves the cell empty rather than guessing. The site's value is in pointing to the named publisher, not in replacing it.

How the site is funded

The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link, and is paid a commission if a reader opens an account there. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. This affiliate relationship is stated again here because it is the only commercial relationship the site has. The desk does not sell subscriptions, does not take payment for placement, and does not accept money from any other broker or advertiser.

The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and following the link leaves this site. The commission does not change the figures on these pages: the measurement is taken before the link is considered. A reader who never opens an account still reads the same tables, the same dates, and the same source links. The affiliate relationship is stated plainly, on this page and on the page about the publisher, because the desk's funding must be visible.

What the site collects and what it cannot see

The site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics and stores nothing in the reader's browser. The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs; the site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them. The only address that reaches the desk is editor@regulatornotesph.pages.dev, and it exists for corrections.

Writing to that address reaches the desk. Corrections are the reason the address exists: a figure that is wrong is corrected and the correction is dated. The desk does not answer questions about a reader's own bank, wallet or trading account, because it cannot see them. It does not give advice, does not recommend a broker, and does not promise recovery of any lost funds. The reader decides alone and is responsible for their own decision.
